Frequently Asked Questions
Does this use the Hijri calendar?
No. Both dates use the Gregorian calendar. Hijri age requires a separate calendar conversion.
How are February 29 birthdays handled?
In non-leap years, the anniversary is treated as February 28. This is a calculator convention, not a legal rule.
Are total months calendar months?
Yes, it counts completed calendar months. Remaining days are not converted into fractional months.
Can I choose a future date?
Yes, to estimate your age on a future day. The reference date cannot precede your birth date.
